Screw Compactor HSP
The stationary Husmann HSP-E screw press is ideal for compacting cardboard, film, fruit crates, or residual waste. It is characterized by its robust, low-wear construction and minimal noise.
The machine is user-friendly, takes up little space thanks to its large filling opening, and operates very economically and reliably.
A slow-running, conical screw shaft captures the incoming material, shreds it, and presses it into the attached container. The pre-shredding, combined with high surface pressure, achieves enormous compaction and thus a maximum fill weight for the container. When the container is filled to its maximum capacity, a “container full” message appears. The press shuts off automatically, and the press container can be replaced.

» The rotating movement of the screw shaft enables continuous feeding .
» Standard equipment includes an autotimer , container full signal (100%), automatic reversing device, standard filling hopper, “container at rest” limit switch, and automatic central lubrication system.
